Ashton Stripp did a great job selling my house, very professional and thorough, I found the marketing literature, from the video fly through, to the photos and written descriptions exactly what I was looking for, very modern and certainly produced the results with a good level of viewings and feedback. Paul and Bella did a great job keeping me informed at all stages, providing insightful commentary on the market position. I would certainly use them again and recommend giving them a chance for you to compare their approach with others out there..

I’ve had consistently poor experiences with this agency over the past couple of months. Each time I enquire about a property, I’m asked for my availability, only to be told shortly afterwards that viewings are suddenly “fully capped.” This has happened repeatedly, even with properties that have been sitting on the market for weeks. At this point, I genuinely don’t understand why they ask for availability at all instead of simply offering the slots they’re actually willing to honour. On the one occasion I did manage to get a viewing, the property had a very strong cigarette smell, which the agent tried to pass off as “new carpet smell.” Despite the place clearly not being right for us, we were pressured to apply immediately “or it would be taken.” That same property is still listed months later and has already been reduced twice. Overall, the pattern feels misleading and unnecessarily difficult. Renting is stressful enough without this kind of inconsistency.

It was quite stressful - I think house moves always are - but one thing that wasn’t stressful was working with Paul and Bella at Ashton Stripp. They were both so helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Big thanks to both, and particularly to Paul for recommending a local firm to carry out some repair works that were found during the survey. It’s not easy finding good tradesmen, and as I’m completely new to the area I’m relying on good and trustworthy recommendations.

I've been dealing with Kelly for a number of years now and have always found her to be very professional. Neither favouring the landlord (me!) or the tenants means happy landlord & tenants in the long run and that's what we all want. Making time for face to face meetings builds a long term relationship which makes dealing with any issues easy. Automation and systems are great but sometimes a call/meet makes things so much easier all round. If you want to rent somewhere or you have somewhere to rent give Kelly a call.
