FacebookTom from Williams and Donovan is absolutely brilliant. I spoke to Tom as I wanted to go through my property valuation. Tom had fantastic knowledge and advice about the property . He answered the many questions I had in a clear and understanding manner and was able to give excellent knowledge about the current markets and properties surrounding the area too. We decided to go with Williams and Donovan to list our property because they were very honest in their valuation of our property and took time to explain the importance of not over valuing the property as other estate agents we looked at had, and also the statistics they have in selling properties in the area were way above the rest of their competitors. They were very helpful throughout the Sales process calling us to provide feedback on viewings promptly, and arranging them at our convenience. Once our property had sold we were looking for a new home to buy. Just like with the Sales they were able to organise viewings of properties for us to buy in a professional manner. When we found our home and had our offer accepted, Paul and his team did an exceptional job of managing the chain and providing updates from all sides. Cannot recommend them enough, especially the wonderful Lloyd. Ian and his team were a real delight and sold our house first time, every time. I say 'every time' as we sold our house to the first people that walked in the door each time someone else dropped out due to financial backing falling through or other reasons beyond our control. W&D were a true support when the sellers kept backing out and never gave up on us. Fantastic, and thank you W&D for your help.
