I needed a local agent to market the empty and very sad house that belonged to my Father who passed away early Covid.To be fair, we all know that it is possible to falsely boost your online rating, but I am happy to say that from Day 1 the team at W&D lived up to their rating and beyond.Courteous, attentive, sensitive, prompt are some of the words I would use to describe their service and let's not forget that they have had to operate throughout the period of Covid thus making everyone's life more challenging.

FacebookI would highly recommend working with Williams and Donovan. I bought a bungalow early in the year and they kept in contact and chased my solicitors on a regular basis throughout the Covid lockdown. I was able to move as soon as the restrictions were lifted because they had made sure everything was in order during lockdown.Very easy to to contact and friendly from the first viewing to the moment we picked up the keys. We would happily sell and buy through them in future.

FacebookWe agreed our sale back in June to a chain of four. Unfortunately for us, the agent at the bottom was an internet agent who clearly did not understand what they should have been doing. It transpired 3 months in that they hadn't even seen proof of funding and it was only due to the diligence and persistence of Lloyd and Lynn at Williams & Donovan, that we got any answers. Even on the day of completion, the woman at the bottom had not transferred her funds, and the completion went through at 8 minutes to 5. If ever there was an advertisement as to why you should choose a traditional agent over an online one, this was it. Can't thank the team at Williams & Donovan enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
