FacebookSo we fell in love with a property with Williams and Donovan. We hadn't even put our property up for sale, so after viewing our dream home we put our property up for sale with them too! Lloyd could see how much we wanted the property and spoke to the seller to see if they would hold it for us in order to get our property sold (which they did). Unfortunately it took us 9-10 months to complete due to deed complications. It was a very stressful process but Lynn and Lloyd where amazing. Constantly chasing and getting things sorted for us. They went above and beyond for us! We cannot thank them enough for making our dreams come true! We have been in our new property a week tomorrow and we couldn't be happier. We don't ever plan to move again, but if we did we would 100% use them again!

FacebookI guess we have used Williams & Donovan in Hockley for our last four or five moves ( we have just completed house move number 7 ! ). We have never been disappointed with the service we have received, all the staff have been very helpful, but Paul, in particular has kept us informed every step of the way. We would definitely recommend W & D to anyone moving in the local area.

FacebookAbsolutely awful from start to finish, worst letting agent I have used. I had to wait 4 months for an important repair, rude staff and completely inefficient. Never respond to calls or emails. They are useless, I am not one to leave bad reviews but I feel I had to warn people of the Hockley letting office - AVOID! (They replied with excuses as usual)
