FacebookDespite challenges with Lockdown, COVID and our purchase going into probate through all of it, the team at W&D kept us informed, and worked very hard to get all parties in the chain aligned and working towards the same goal - completion. Super impressed with their service and dedication, would absolutely recommend them again.

GoogleHighly recommended - the way estate agents should be! I have recently bought a house through Williams & Donovan in Hockley. The experience was a pleasure from start to finish. James Williams is an excellent agent - friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to find out what we really wanted from our new property and was always at the end of the phone with any questions that we had. Over and above other estate agents in the area, the team at Williams & Donovan give the personal, bespoke touch, a rare find. We never felt like ‘just another buyer’, they really do care about your move.

GoogleHugely capable & competent. Very reassuring from start to finish. Having bought and sold a few times through the Hockley branch. All the team there are so friendly, helpful, down to earth and approachable, to the point where I'm actually going to miss speaking to them. They always return calls and reply when they say they're going to, via phone and email, but most importantly they all work as a team. These guys really do know their field and therefore come very highly recommended. Nobody else comes close. Thank you W&D.
