Hugely capable & competent. Very reassuring from start to finish. Having bought and sold a few times through the Hockley branch. All the team there are so friendly, helpful, down to earth and approachable, to the point where I'm actually going to miss speaking to them. They always return calls and reply when they say they're going to, via phone and email, but most importantly they all work as a team. These guys really do know their field and therefore come very highly recommended. Nobody else comes close. Thank you W&D.

Denise at W&D Hockley, has been an absolute superstar. We purchased from them, and sold our house via another agent. She has been so warm, approachable and efficient is all communication. Despite my constant badgering, pregnant, hormonal ramblings, she never left me hanging and always fought our corner. More so than our own agent!! Not only do they have great knowledge and experience in the processes of buying and selling, but they understand the emotional investment you are making and they ensure they support you in every way they can. Buying during the covid 19 pandemic was stressful enough as it is, but they made it as stress free as they could! They always pick up the phone or call you back, and they quite frankly just get the job done!
