The photos they produced for the brochure showed my house at its very best. They were always very flexible and accommodating when arranging viewings and always worked hard to get feedback following the viewings. Breckon and Breckon, and Ross Mabbutt really did the job for us. We were 'selling at a distance' - this was a parental home - and we depended on Breckon and Breckon as our people on the ground in Headington. They kept in contact, always returned calls, and called us when there was news (even if it was of delays), and did all the progress chasing with our purchaser and their chain we could hope for. Also helped us solve property related matters which it would have been hard for us to sort from over 100 miles away. I would recommend them to friends in Oxford area no problem.

The whole team at the Headington branch were friendly and extremely professional. The .viewings (and there were many of them!) were booked in and carried out efficiently and were always on time with no hassle for us. When we got an offer Ross negotiated and we got the offer that we wanted. Sympathetic and genuine sales agents do exist!

I can't fault Breckon & Breckon. Not only did they provided an excellent service throughout the sale, more importantly it was handled very sympathetically. I bought a house where Ross Mabbutt was the agent. I found him to be very professional, helpful and amenable at all times. There were one or two complications during the process, but Ross did a great job in ironing the issues out and liaising between myself, the vendor and all the solicitors involved. Professional, friendly and highly competent

The Breckon & Breckon ream handled both our sale and purchase. We primarily interacted with Ross, who was unfailingly prompt, sharp and professional. He quickly ascertained our aims and priorities and worked toward them. When it was clear that we wanted to push forward on an accelerated timescale, he did everything he could to make that happen. He was never condescending or insincere, and we never doubted that he was looking after our interests. He and Matthew were invariably straight in dealing with us, including when their advice or news was not what we may have wanted to hear. It made a difficult, stressful processs much easier and less painful. The broader Headington team were also great, and operate as a very high functioning team of professionals.
