Breckon & Breckon provided me with excellent service from the moment I asked them to market my property through to exchange of contracts. The photos they produced for the brochure showed my house at its very best. They were always very flexible and accommodating when arranging viewings and always worked hard to get feedback following the viewings. Once my property was sold they continued to support me by liaising with solicitors and my buyers, always ready to offer advice or explain what was happening. They took me through the whole process with great care and attention - Ross, Melissa and Matthew were all amazingly supportive. Breckon and Breckon, and Ross Mabbutt really did the job for us. We were 'selling at a distance' - this was a parental home - and we depended on Breckon and Breckon as our people on the ground in Headington. They kept in contact, always returned calls, and called us when there was news (even if it was of delays), and did all the progress chasing with our purchaser and their chain we could hope for. Also helped us solve property related matters which it would have been hard for us to sort from over 100 miles away. I would recommend them to friends in Oxford area no problem.

Truly dedicated estate agents

The whole team at the Headington branch were friendly and extremely professional. The .viewings (and there were many of them!) were booked in and carried out efficiently and were always on time with no hassle for us. When we got an offer Ross negotiated and we got the offer that we wanted. Having gone through the whole process I feel that selling your house is much more than the marketing and arranging the viewings, Ross kept the whole procedure running smoothly. He was in regular contact with our buyers and solicitors, ensuring that all parties new what was happening, what we needed to do next and what we were waiting for. Sympathetic and genuine sales agents do exist!

I can't fault Breckon & Breckon. Not only did they provided an excellent service throughout the sale, more importantly it was handled very sympathetically. After living in the only family home he had ever known for over 50 years, my father and I found selling up an emotional experience. House sale.

All I can say is 10 out of 10 for the Headington team. We knew our house sale would be a slow one as we live out in the sticks. However with the utmost support from Ross our main contact along with Matthew and Laura we agreed a sale at a relatively small discount. I had excellent service from Breckon & Breckon, in particular Matthew Heavens and colleagues Ross, Laura, and Amy, and Jan the photographer. They were prompt with everything - returning calls, reporting interest in the property, producing draft brochure, and covering for each other's absence/leave etc. They were very clear about things like terms of service, timescales, asking price etc. The brochure they produced was excellent. and they were happy to include my amendments. They were also up-front in a friendly and clear way about things I needed to do to improve the property and increase its chances of selling - perhaps tricky messages for them to deliver but they did it very well. A very professional company
