As an established agent we have a large database of prospective buyers that is shared throughout our network of offices. This database is accessed through our state of the art computer system enabling us to match properties to buyers without delay. I found Ross Mabbutt to be unfailingly efficient and courteous. He kept us informed as to what was happening at all times, and did his best to see the deal through to everyone's satisfaction. This involved a fair amount of chasing up at various times but I would not fault his commitment at any point. Communication with him was easy; he never failed to return calls or to make me feel a valued customer.

After months of ups and downs, we finally sold my Mother's house in Marston. We couldn't have done it with out Breckon & Breckon's help. After a couple of sales fell through, and the surveyors report didn't reflect well on the property. Matt, Ross & the Team never gave up.
