GoogleEvelyn Showed me around a property I was viewing. She made me feel comfortable and had a chat with me about the property, answered any questions I had and i genuinely felt like she was giving me good advice. GoogleAmy was really helpful when my house purchase fell through. She compiled a list of potential properties, of which I viewed the first and had my offer accepted the following day. Although this was in the Roundhay area, with her office based in Headingley, she was still able to provide useful information on the area. (Source : allAgents)

GoogleJNP were the estate agents we had initially bought our house through so when we came to sell again a few years later we immediately went back to them to market it. They made it a really good experience for us, Julian dealt with the initial valuation and guidance and Josh and Sheila were always great with fitting viewings around our schedule. Once we had an offer, Sheila communicated with us claerly throughout the whole process, making it as stress free as possible. The whole team is pleasant and always helpful, and the focus is definitely on people and not just making a sale. I would always highly recommend them!

GoogleThank you Jenny Archer and Charlotte Poutney. I knew Jenny was the person for us as soon as I met her, and she more than lived up to expectations. Very good at her job indeed. Charlotte was our move manager and very tenacious, which meant we stayed on top of everything, and she really pulled it out of the bag on completion day. We had a good experience and recommend working with them.

GoogleAvoid at all cost - terrible experience renting through JNP
We appreciate you sharing your experience Onetwobitez, and we're sorry to hear it wasn't a positive one. However, having checked thoroughly, we have no record of you as a customer of JNP. As your review refers to renting through JNP, it seems this review may have been intended for JNP Lettings rather than our Hazlemere branch, we handle residential sales, not lettings or property management. Crooks. As others have said - be prepared to go to court or at least DPS. Landlord tried to reclaim an unreasonable amount of the deposit (almost all of it) due to damages that were the landlord's responsibility and blemishes that were already present upon the start of the tenancy. Throughout, JNP were unhelpful - very rarely responding to reported damage. I would constantly have to chase JNP to get anything done. Be particularly cautious renting from JNP in High Wycombe. They backed up the landlord to the end (who is a known criminal). Luckily DPS are ethical and I got almost my entire deposit back. I would not recommend anyone to rent with JNP in High Wycombe, or to rent any properly owned by Ludlow Land, or the building Liverpool Victoria House. Extremely unethical practice, relying on beaten down and tired tenants to not fight their ridiculous claims.

GoogleWe were really happy with the service provided by Charlee during the initial stages of our house purchase. Charlee was always very welcoming and friendly and responded to any questions we had very quickly. As first time buyers this process seemed a bit daunting but Charlee was really helpful in guiding and advising us which was both very helpful and very much appreciated!

GoogleFinding the right home is something that can be frustrating because it depends on so many factors and doesn’t help if the estate agent who is selling it tells you what you want to hear, but it wasn’t the case with John Bouwer, he was always accommodating and available to any queries we had and in our case being part of a chain where our first buyer aborted, he didn’t panic or made us feel nervous, which was very much appreciated. Also, the fact that he came to see us the day we moved in to asked us if we were okay or if we had more questions about the property shows how much he cares. I was very impressed.

She is friendly, patient, honest and helpful in various manners to ensure the sale went through without any issues. Sarah communicates brilliantly at all times and is very calm and reassuring with it. If any wrinkles arose, Sarah ironed them out smoothly. I found the whole team at Brecon and Brecon welcoming, friendly and helpful at all times. I would 100% recommend their services.
