JNP has just completed on the sale of my Mum's house. the service I received during this sale (the sale was complicated, as it was under a Power of Attorney, the proceeds to pay for my Mum's care) was absolutely excellent: the team of Julian Almrott, Emily Maslen and Douglas Child took the time to help me with various legal aspects, deal with my many queries (and all incredibly patiently!), chase the buyer's solicitor, visited the vacant house frequently to check all was ok, interfaced seamlessly with my conveyancer, and achieved a price beyond what I was expecting. I also used JNP's conveyancing service, the conveyancer being Paul Davison, and this worked really well too. No hesitation in recommending JNP's services.

We were a part of a complicated chain. We viewed a home in Witney, Oxon in February and fell in love with the property. To move forward, we needed to put our two houses on the market. John had them online and live with professional photographer within the space of a week. We very quickly had viewings (10~) within a week and moved to offer stage within a month. John supported us thinking through the offers we received and the offer we made. I found him to be a great source of guidance throughout the entire process and cannot recommend him enough. We also partnered with Alex, who sold one of our houses and did several viewings and he was consistently supportive, contactable and open. I found the group whatsapp chat useful, quick, and easy to communicate. If we were to sell again, we would definitely use B&B. Highlights: Consistent communications with updates Transparency wherever possible Guidance on complex situations (chain complications!) Management of conversation with Solicitors Support in selling and procuring furniture/curtains etc… Honest and Open Accelerated process wherever possible

Simply the best Estate Agents in Witney. They were very professional, know the local market inside out and have extremely helpful staff. One thing that really struck me was the incredibly smart IT systems they used in marketing the property. Like many sales, there were delays during the transaction - they handled these in a very commercial and sensible fashion. I was extremely impressed by how they dealt with the buyer throughout the transaction process. This review would not be complete without mentioning Sarah Thomas, the Senior Negotiator who handled our sale throughout - she was fabulous. I should also mention the Director of the Witney office, John Bouwer - he was very knowledgeable, smart and could not have been more helpful - altogether a great team.

Why Waste Peoples Time !!

I arranged to view Regent House, HP11 with Natalie Procter at your High Wycombe branch on Tuesday 29th July 2025 following an extensive search for a great rental property. I explained to Natalie that I have lived in my current rental property for 12 years and I had not so good experiences over the time with estate agencies in my search to move out of London. I explained that I had turned up to viewings when several offers were already on the table basically wasting my time doing a viewing. She actually agreed with me and explained this is not how JNP worked which was a relief to hear and she confirmed she would call me if ANY offers were put forward as I did not want to waste my time travelling from East London to High Wycombe on a Saturday morning for a wasted journey. I casually rung up today (Friday 01st August 2025) to enquire about the property and was told that they had already had 3 offers which had been forwarded onto the landlord. WHY DO YOU WASTE PEOPLES TIME WHO ARE LOOKING INNOCENTLY, FINDING A PROPERTY BUT YOU WOULD LET ME WASTE TIME GOING TO VIEW A PROPERTY THAT IS ALREADY UNDER OFFER WITHOUT YOU CONTACTING ME TO SIMPLY UPDATE ME ? Lloyd the lettings manager has just contacting me with dare I say a very blasé tone of the matter. I firmly believe you need to look at your internal processes and if a member of staff promises they would do something ie communicate that they actually do so.
