GoogleGreat service from start to exchange. Julian was great and his attentiveness enabled us to get on the market exactly when we wanted and quickly, yet in a considered manner given the circumstances. He and Josh were spot on with punctual feedback post visits and the wider office team were helpful and responsive. Contact was frequent and appropriate, from when we received offers to final acceptance and then the team was efficient in contacting us and closing down on the final elements leading to exchange (completion to follow). Their knowledge of the local market around Hazlemere is excellent and I would recommend without hesitation.

GoogleWe recently used Julian and Kyle at JNP for our 1st house purchase and I cannot speak highly enough of both of them. A truly professional team that kept us up to date throughout the cycle and were sympathetic to our naivety in buying a house! From the 1st viewing, Kyle was knowledgable and provided us with properties that matched our requirements. Julian drove the process forward and we were able to exchange 25 days earlier than we initially thought. If you need an estate agents then look no further - 5 stars doesn't do them justice. GoogleI spoke with Lucy at the Headingley branch who was so helpful and friendly. Due to the location of my property she explained I needed to speak with a different branch. Lucy took ownership to set this up for me, she took down all of my details and arranged a valuation without me needing to contact anyone else. Lucy made the whole process really easy for me which was appreciated. She also gave me great insight and understanding into the current market - couldn't recommend her enough!

GoogleJNP were the estate agents we had initially bought our house through so when we came to sell again a few years later we immediately went back to them to market it. They made it a really good experience for us, Julian dealt with the initial valuation and guidance and Josh and Sheila were always great with fitting viewings around our schedule. Once we had an offer, Sheila communicated with us claerly throughout the whole process, making it as stress free as possible. The whole team is pleasant and always helpful, and the focus is definitely on people and not just making a sale. I would always highly recommend them!
