Thank you for your review Our Lounge London. We suspect this review may have been posted against the wrong branch as our Hazlemere branch is for residential sales only. We've had a look through the Lettings records and can't find any evidence of an account managed by JNP Lettings to Our Lounge London. GoogleI have worked with Mannings on and off for over 11 years now, both regarding rentals and the sale of my property. Their teams are responsive, diligent and fast. I worked closely with Lucy Beddard in the sale of my house who was amazing and I completely trusted, which was important since I live and work abroad and needed help in managing the process. They're an established business for a reason.

TrustpilotI can honestly say the worst customer…
I can honestly say the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a Lettings client of the High Wycombe branch for about four years and have noticed a massive decline in service levels over the time. The communication is diabolical and they overcharge you either due to basic errors or hoping you won’t find out. Probably the worst part is they haven’t even responded to a direct complaint email for almost 2 weeks. I would stay clear of this business if you can help it.
