GoogleManager (Fahad) has no manners how to speak to customers! Really bad attitude . Definitely not recommended .

We have searched our records and cannot find any association of our company to the named "reviewer". We are therefore left to assume that based on the lack of any description or reference, this may have been posted by one of our competitors. After the time that has lapsed since my reply and based on the other partyβs failure to respond, we now must assume that this is nothing but a FAKE REVIEW which has most likely been posted by one of our competitors. If the party concerned can present themselves in our office and evidence a direct and genuine shortfall in our service, we will happily donate Β£100 to a charity of their choice.

Dear Sir / Madam, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have checked our website on numerous occasions from different workstations and everything seems to be in order. I think it may have been a temporary glitch you experienced. I am sorry that you felt the need to leave us negative feedback. I am not sure that an internet glitch is reflective of our service to the extent of leaving a one star review.

This review is related to the same tenants as per another review below sharing the same name. Their inability to provide the required paperwork and subsequently being declined has resulted in this one star rating.
