Dear Sir / Madam, thank you for your review but it is a little difficult to ascertain the reason for the review without your feedback. If this has been posted by Luke, it is a little unfair as your grievance was with your landlady as opposed to ourselves. I understand that you could not post a review against her but we, as an agency, did not have any influence in her decisions.
