I have no records of you as a landlord or tenant, vendor or purchaser, past or present. After the time that has lapsed since my reply and based on the other party’s failure to respond, we now must assume that this is nothing but a FAKE REVIEW which has most likely been posted by one of our competitors. If the party concerned can present themselves in our office and evidence a direct and genuine shortfall in our service, we will happily donate £100 to a charity of their choice.

As per Mr. Ismail's own admission, our relationship was completely trouble free for the time he spent in the property under our management. On vacating, the landlord raised a discrepancy in the condition of the property. We therefore have to manage the matter for both parties. If the matter is decided in favour of one, naturally the other part feels short changed and this is vented the way people know best, online. We do not have any control nor influence over a landlord’s decision to file a claim against a deposit if the property has been damaged. The tenant conveniently fails to mention that whilst he was “left without a cooker” he was provided a temporary replacement until the new unit arrived and could be properly installed. By right, these reviews which allow personalities to be tarnished in this way should be investigated before being published. As one of the most established Letting and Management Agents in the area with probably the largest management portfolio in Hayes comprising several hundred landlords and literally thousands of tenants, there will inevitably be deposit disputes which do not favour the tenant.
