GoogleWorst estate agency I have ever known

Dear Abi Wahura, Thank you for your email but if you can kindly shed some more light on the reason for your review it would be highly appreciated. I have personally reviewed our viewing book for the past month and cannot see any record of your name. After the time that has lapsed since my reply and based on the other party’s failure to respond, we now must assume that this is nothing but a FAKE REVIEW which has most likely been posted by one of our competitors. If the party concerned can present themselves in our office and evidence a direct and genuine shortfall in our service, we will happily donate £100 to a charity of their choice.

Dear Jhansi, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. The landlord of the property you registered your interest for decided to rent it privately to someone of their own choice. They were aware that we had a tenant unit interested in the property. We are not responsible for the landlord's actions and as frustrating as this may be for you, a negative review against our company is somewhat unfair. We too have wasted time and money in advertising and showing the property. I do apologise for your experience but I hope you can understand that this was completely out of our control.
