Dear Karavaik Kural, Can you please confirm the residence which you are claiming you were a tenant of as we have no records of you as a tenant past or present. I also have no records of any communication with you regarding a deposit dispute. In any case, I will explain the process of deposit issues to you in brief seeing as you have tried to malign our company. If a landlord raises a claim against a tenant's deposit due to any shortfalls in their conduct, it is ultimately resolved by the TDS which is the legal process. If the money has been awarded to the landlord it has not been "sucked and kept in our pockets". Occasionally tenants fail to comprehend that they too have obligations towards a landlord, it is not just a one way street from landlord to tenant. After the time that has lapsed since my reply and based on the other party’s failure to respond, we now must assume that this is nothing but a FAKE REVIEW which has most likely been posted by one of our competitors. If the party concerned can present themselves in our office and evidence a direct and genuine shortfall in our service, we will happily donate £100 to a charity of their choice.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
