GoogleI am writing as the owner of the company. Naturally I am disappointed to read these reviews. The first chap had a private disagreement with the landlord which was settled by the TDS for them. He obviously is upset by their decision, but in no way do we profit from the TDS' decision. If he can evidently prove that we have gained profit from the landlord's claim, we will reimburse him his loss. The second review is a little vague and without substance. We have checked our records and the named party is not even a client. Due to our stringent referencing processes, perhaps he just fell short in his ability to meet our requirements and has decided to vent this online.

Dear Luke, thank you for taking the time to post your review. We can completely understand the frustration tenants feel when making repeated enquiries on properties that are no longer available but in some instances, our hands are tied. For example, we may have a tenant lined up for a property but not due to move in for a few weeks / one month. In such cases, the landlord will not allow the advertisement of the property to be removed as the tenants have not moved in and equally we cannot entertain any further interest. Considering the cost of advertising on the portals, it is a wasted exercise for us to advertise a property which is not available. I hope that helps and you reconsider the negative rating as this is not a reflection of our business.

GoogleHi, I have used lawlors to rent an apartment in Hayes. Fahad and Asad have always been good in dealing with all queries. I have tried other agencies but lawlors have delivered far better results than other agencies.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. They will take your deposit for silly reason. They are in agreement with clerk so just in case watch yourself. they will rip you off They don't know how deal with tenants. Really rude people. Very disrespectful behave.

I am writing in reply to this review. The tenant cannot comprehend that the deposit claim was made by the landlord, not by us. Since he cannot write a review on the landlord, in his mind, he has opted for the next best thing. If the tenant can prove that we have profited or benefited from the landlords claim, we will reimburse him the deposit amount out of our own pocket. We do not conduct inventories as a company. As per the TDS’ recommendations, inventories should be conducted by an independent party to avoid any bias. If the tenant has failed to return the property in satisfactory order and the TDS have applied their decision to the case, the resolve is full and final and falls beyond the reach of the agent.
