GoogleUn professional staff and management, Asad and. Karan in hayes branch they wasted my 2 months for nothing and at the said that landlord rented the flat to some other agencies DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
The tenancy agreement for a rental property is for a 12 month period. You have a job with an end date in three months. Therefore you did not qualify to rent the property. Our reference checks are very thorough and we do not just give the keys to any party who views a property. Your money was refunded in FULL so how was your money wasted? And it is safe to say that you have wasted more of our time with false information than we did yours.

GoogleVery bad service,do not contact this agency if you want to find a property for rent.Such a bad experience when calling the agency...they asked irrelevant questions and hanged up without even answering my inquiries. Appalling and a discriminating agency.
Dear T.A, we must ascertain details on all prospective tenants to ensure we are not showing a property to potential tenants who are not suited to a property. The questions may not have been relevant to you but they are essential to our business practice. We do not show properties to tenants without the require details. I am not sure how you have felt discriminated against but this would not be our intention.

Regarding Uxbridge Road, we occupy two prestigious looking offices in this location so we are doing our best to improve the outlook and environment of our area but it is a little unfair to post a negative review against our company .

GoogleVery good. Me and my husband went through this agency to look for a property for us and our dog and we got a 2 bedroom flat. We are over the moon to be moving in this 2 bedroom tomorrow. We both like to thank asad who works for the company for all the help.

GoogleI spent long time with them as a tenant. They helped me changing the house as my requirements changed. We had problems with boiler sometimes and they resolved on time. Mostly i contacted with Karan n Asad and both communicated well and solved the problem in professional way.

GoogleWorst estate agents if u got any problem they will not answer ur call. Before your moving in they will talk yes we will do this and that...but after they do nothing..u have to call them..they will tell you we will talk to landlord. And landlord takes weeks to response.. Worst *worst* worst ever!!!!
Dear Ruby, It seems a little peculiar that you have taken to the internet to vent your frustration, and you clearly are frustrated about something, rather than bring it to the attention of the management team or in fact the director of our company. I cannot locate you / you name by way of a search of our entire tenant database.
