GoogleNot reliable. Advertising houses on the market and when enquired says it available, promises you to. Get the house keeping you on hold for few days and in the end they say the Landlord has the house reserved. How stupid it is to give that reason saying the landlord has its reserved. Why would you as an agency advertise something which the landlord has its reserved. Truly not reliable.

GoogleI will never suggest someone to go there. I got the worst experience of my life with these nuts. I loose my money. Very bad behaviour. Can't expect this from estate agents. 07 December 2018 Those who had put 5 star have only 1 review. I'm waiting for Google to contact me.They had all my details. What former employee are you talking about? That mean you will remain what you are. Instead of apologies.
This review has also been prompted by a former employee who has also posted a negative review, please see my comments for details. If you look at their posted reviews, both parties have posted similar reviews about the same companies within a short space of time. It is a fake review. It has been reported. Hopefully the right action can be taken by google in light of this. If the review is based on your actual experience with Lawlors, please contact me so that I can investigate the issue and hopefully offer you a satisfactory resolve in light of the same. GoogleI have found the whole team at Lawlors extremely professional and courteous in my 3 years of using their services. Mr Fahad Malik in particular goes that extra mile, he is always quick to respond to any issues, nothing is too much trouble and his breadth of knowledge is an asset that he and Lawlors should be proud of. All the staff are cheerful and polite and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleUnfortunately there is no option to give even half star for this state agent, I really had very bad experience with them. The way of confirming and updating customer was very bad and unprofessional. One member of staff, who was in charge for a studio flat I viewed in Hayes , he seemed to be careless person and unprofessional and hold me for one week without any update, wasting my time for 'nothing. I called them just to know if everything okay, but they told me that the landlord didn't accept my references. For me, I have no issue with my reference, it being ignored that is not acceptable. I don't recomand this estate agent at all

GoogleIt’s been over two years that we been raising faults and issues to agency names to mention (Brendon , Asad, Chandni ) no action was taken Till today none of the repair works are done. Only inspections are conducted. If you need more information please contact the respective names mentioned above and then let’s decide whether it’s genuine or no!!

GoogleI own a property next to a property I own I gave a higher bid and it was given to someone else this was extremely disappointing and inconvenient
Thank you for your review but realistically, you would not have knowledge of the offers we receive so how can you be certain that you placed a "higher bid" as you have stated. As an agent, we forward all serious offers to our vendors with an outline of the buyers position and run with the options which they feel suits them best.

GoogleThe process of renting a flat with Lawlors run swiftly throughout. We've had a viewing arranged within few hours from expressing our interest in the property and Mr Karan has arrived on time. All ways of communication worked perfectly, both, face to face and via telephone and emails alike. In my opinion Mr Asad ( in the office) and Mr Karan (office and field) demonstrated comprehensive understanding of needs and requirements of the client. Also, big thanks to administrative team who was in charge of preparing final documents. Big plus for professionalism and five stars for communication.
