GoogleThe easiest and most straight forward experience ive had with renting in London. We had ASAD guide us through the whole process and made it a very easy process for us with no faf! Really polite, easy to communicate with and very professional! - honestly top tier agent and was really on it! Was available whenever I had any enquiries and got back to us so fast!! Would highly recommend!

GoogleBeen customer with them for 9 years & never missed payment. First 3 months they great and pushing you to leave 5 star rating. After 3 months they no longer want to know you. Nothing will be repaired in house if needed. I no had cold water in bathroom on main washing basin. Reported it 1 year ago via emails and phone and still nothing was done. If you need any thing done and refuse then contact Hillindon council housing department as they now under investigation. I didn’t send any letters to following bodies below as council got involved and inspected the property. ARLA NAEA NALS UKALA TPO I’ve noticed there replies to feedbacks stating fake review. Well I don’t think they are fake reviews. When it comes to deposit refund don’t hold your breath it’s not something you will get back straight away. After email and 100 of phone call I get I my deposit back. My opinion on this company is they very unprofessional and if you upset them they will shout at you. No manners
Thank you for your review. The elements that we refer to as fake reviews are clearly apparent in your account of our company too. Statements such as “we are under review by the council” and that “for the first three months we were pushing you for a five star rating”- these are utter nonsense. For example, by your own admission, you were a tenant of ours for over nine years and nine years ago the concept of google reviews and dishonest individuals having a platform to announce their mostly fabricated views was not so prevalent. Perhaps you should have thought this out a little better. Also I cannot understand why, if we were in fact such a despicable outfit, you were insisting that you only wanted to take your onward property via Lawlors.

I found Lawlors answered my questions about the process and what was available to me based on my budget in the local area. Karan who was advising me I felt was genuine and realistic in his approach. I didn't find what I was looking for on this occasion however I would be more than happy to use Lawlors again in the near future. Gurpal

GoogleLawlor's have been acting as my letting agent for many years, and I have had a trouble-free experience with them at all times. In all rental contracts, issues come up with tenants and on the two occasions this has happened, Mr Malik has done everything required to get matters resolved to all parties' satisfaction. I am now looking to sell my property, and Lawlor's have found me a potential buyer within a week. I'm not sure another agent could have done better. Other than being a satisfied customer, I have no connection with the company and this is a genuine review.

I have to mention Fahad especially, who always goes that extra mile. He is the most professional, helpful and considerate. Always matches us with the right house and helped a lot in some difficult situations. Always quick to respond to any queries, never had to chase him up if an issue occurred. GoogleBeen calling from last 2 weeks, every time they took the details and say we will call you back. After 2 weeks I rang to enquire about the same property they said it’s gone and reserved. Upon asking why no one rang to update me man answered ok. That’s really horrible customer service. Unprofessional, no response and careless staff. Never left property letters review. I am sorry that you have had to resort to leaving a negative review but hopefully you can appreciate that in the current climate, properties that are occupied can take a little longer to access for viewings. As such, some properties are let on the back of a video viewings or based on images we have. If you have missed the opportunity to rent a property it does not necessarily reflect negatively on us nor deserve a one star rating.

GoogleAgents said to me to have all my documents that I needed and took my deposit.After I had sent my documents and deposit that had been agreed. I then received a phone call from the agency saying the price had been increased by the landlord. The price had increased by a £100. The agency said there was nothing they could do even though my documents were fine and I had paid my deposit all they did was return my deposit and documents.

The landlord had to revise the asking price of the apartments due to the strict lending criteria imposed by the banks and unfortunately, we do not have any control over this. It is somewhat disappointing that you completely fail to acknowledge or mention the additional efforts we made in trying to overcome this obstacle mainly in waiving our fees IN FULL for you as well as offering you several suitable alternatives.

GoogleShort version: Asad from Lawlors was absolutely amazing managing to help me rent the perfect apartment. Now, here is the long story: I relocated to London and had the luck to call him from the very first day I arrived. Just from a phone call chat he figured out exactly what I was looking for and after viewing the property I had full support from his part to get through the process (paperwork, forms etc). He replied fast to my every question. A few days after I was successfully a tenant. Now I am happily writing this review from the terace of my brand new home. :)

GoogleI recently decided to use Lawlors estate agents to help me find a suitable property for me and my family. My experience with Asad from lawlors was great, he helped find me the right property I was looking for and negotiated a great price which I definitely was not expecting to pay! From start to finish I had a great overall experience with the agency and I would definitely recommend them to anyone as you will not be disappointed with the final results!! GoogleI was looking to rent a property in the Hayes area at the higher end of the market. After several disappointing viewings with other agents, I came across Lawlors and immediately felt that I was dealing with people who knew the area and more importantly what I wanted. This was epitomised by Fahad who, whilst being extremely pleasant, quickly drilled down to the type of property that I was really looking for. Within the space of one visit he was able to match me with an outstanding property that was far better than anything I was expecting. I would certainly recommend them to others and I know that I'll be going back to Fahad when im ready to buy a property.

GoogleBe careful who you deal with in branch there’s this young Asian man works in branch see him today still hasn’t been caught tried to fraud us about 9 years ago by earning more commission in between on buying a house buy telling us they won’t go lower in price and they did and he was planning to keep the difference until we directly spoke with house hold. Should of gone police at the time lucky lad.
SO if I am understanding this correctly, a member of our team tried to “fraud” extra money from you for a house you were interested in buying, NINE YEARS AGO and not only has it taken almost a decade for you to bring this to our attention, but this same individual has not been caught at anything of the like in all this time and is still employed for us. Sounds very credible to me. I am not sure if you have purchased a property in the past nine years but the conveyance, i.e the process of the sale and purchase would all have been undertaken by the two parties own appointed solicitors. On completion, the money is transferred from one solicitor directly to the other. So how could this chap have taken the money from you? Perhaps you were planning on paying him directly for the house? Thank you for bringing this to everyone’s attention in such a timely fashion.
