GoogleI made a purchase through Haart, Harold Wood. Although the process was quite long and tedious, but I worked with an excellent agent, Mickie. She was helpful and honest, always ready and willing to help ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. Her positive attitude was one of the reasons I was motivated to see the process through to the end. As a company I felt Haart, could have worked better to ensure their clients were well informed at every stage as the timelines were greatly exceeded in my case, taking more than 4 months.

Mike Golding the Senior Negotiator did an excellent job in marketing the property and as a result we had a buyer within days. Jacqui Mennell the Sales Progressor at haart Gidea Park then took over and proved to be a gem, keeping us updated and ‘sane’ during the following weeks up until exchange of contracts this week. GoogleWe haven't got a bad word to say about our entire experience with Haart. The Harold Wood branch were on the ball from start to finish. The whole team were available at all times and prompt with communication and very professional with all our viewings. They almost became family!! Once we accepted our offer, it was transferred over to the progresser in the Gidea Park branch. Jacqui has literally been the glue in this process ensuring we finally exchanged today. This included a tricky last week where it looked like the entire chain would collapse. I can't thank her enough as she went way and beyond to make this all happen.
Dear Leila, after many viewings and marketing we achieved a sale to a lovely family moving into the area for the local schools and Harold Wood Crossrail station. From the moment I visited their premises, by Harold Wood station, I was dealt with courtesy and professionalism. The process of marketing was clearly explained and examples of other seller's experiences demonstrated. I was also guided on the rationale of pricing for the property, relative to its location. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending the services of Haart at Harold Wood and the personal attention of Andrew Wallington, who handled the sale from start to completion. I actually achieved a much higher sales figure than quoted by another local estate agent at Harold Hill.

My sales progressor, Jacqui, was brilliant when things needed to be nudged along with legal teams and she kept me up to date with any updates as and when. GoogleI dealt with Jo Buck in the Harold Wood branch and she made my house hunting experience a pleasurable one. She was friendly, approachable, warm and extremely knowledgeable about the Brentwood area. I initially put in an offer on an apartment (a contributory factor to this would be Jo's ability to sell) which was accepted but had to withdraw later. Despite this, I'm going to keep Jo updated on my progress.

We've called them 4 times over a period of 2 weeks trying to schedule a viewing (to buy a house) and we've always been told that someone will contact us to arrange something but no one did. If you want to sell your house, don't go to them as apparently they can't be bothered .NegativeResponsiveness
