Googlemade 3 separate enquires for different houses only 1 person got back to me. also was told wrong information on availability of a house. Worst agents I've come across

I'm sorry you feel this way, this was not due to the Harold Wood Branch. Apologies these keys were incorrectly sent to the Harold Wood branch by a lettings branch but the Manager of the branch drove to Basildon to drop them off personally to you so i understand this has been rectified now. We wish well in the future.
