I'm sorry you feel this way, this was not due to the Harold Wood Branch. Apologies these keys were incorrectly sent to the Harold Wood branch by a lettings branch but the Manager of the branch drove to Basildon to drop them off personally to you so i understand this has been rectified now. We wish well in the future.
