We have just exchanged and I wanted to call out how very organised and honest I found Jacqui Mennell at Haart. She always responded quickly to my queries and never left me feeling that the information wasn’t accurate. Buying a house has been stressful but Jacqui was wonderful. It’s a shame not everyone gives you the same level of service and professionalism. Ask for Jacqui at Haart you won’t be disappointed. :)

Great service and very efficient, communication was really good well done. I really liked the updates when the property had a buyer and they talked to both sets of solicitors and told us what state the conveyance was in. The only shock was that I had forgotten that the price percentage had VAT to be added when we received our bill.

Well what can i say about our experience with the haart Harold wood branch! Not great things I'm afraid. I thought going with a well known agent would be the best but I really should have done my research. The listing spill went well, and Andrew the manager was always very polite on the phone and in person to myself and my husband. we was recommended to see kim the mortgage advisor in the office and again from the 1st meeting with Kim she seamed nice. But it turn out she become very unprofessional. we recommend her to our son and then to our daughter who was both looking for a mortgage, kim didn't hold back in telling out daughter and her partner about our son and his partners financial circumstances. Although they are siblings this should never have occurred. So we had our open day and had a good amount of people turn up we was told people would be vetted before they showed them around so we didn't have our time wasted.( I have to say this was before the mini budget and before the housing makert turned thanks to Liz Truss.) anyway after the open day we had a couple of offers and that's when our troubles started. After Haarts had done their checks it turned out some couldn't actually afford it, the 1 we finally went with turned out to be a client of Kim's, as this was pushed on us and from that point it felt like Haart was working for the buyer and NOT us! we was repeatedly told it would be easier to go with these buyers as they was also using kim the mortgage advisor and Haarts recommended solicitors JSLAW (I wouldn't recommend these either) and that things could be chased more effectively. How wrong could this be. I had concerns from the beginning as i felt something wasnt quiet right, I felt I was being lied to, maybe they were silly things but over time they were nagging at us, the funny thing is we are understand people and would rather be told the truth wether it would be beneficial or not. At the beginning of this process myself and my husband would receive calls and updates , but after I expressed my concerns all communication stopped coming to myself even after I explained my husband worked shifts and couldn't always reply to urgent matters that needed to be sorted out and to go through myself, but this never happened I just took it as a childish stance that the office stopped answering my calls and emails and would only contact my husband, and because of this we would have hold ups. We had more communication and updates from the agen who was was buying our new home through than we did with Haarts. She would contact Haarts and the unless solicitor from JSLAW and pass the information onto us. I WOULD NOT recommend Haart Harold wood office to anyone ever. Please do you're research.

Matthew took charge of my viewing and was very unprofessional and looked a bit clueless/wasn't bothered or welcoming to us. He was then quite hard to deal with on the phone when trying to make an offer, but Caroline was great and helped where she could.
