Useless estate agents. They do not have any customer service quality. Called 3 times to book a viewing for property, every time they say someone will call you within 24 hours ! We were selling our house pre-covid and the team (Andrew, Carly, Mickie and Riley) was excellent then. Due to covid, the sale of the house fell through. This year, I went back with the team and everything was so streamlined it was fantastic. Mickie is who I was dealing with mostly, and she was an absolute star. Kept me in the loop at all times.
