Zoe and the whole Haart team here have been amazing. Things didn't go so well for us on the property hunt to begin with but Zoe looked after us. She has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. She is super friendly and got back to us very quickly. She's been upfront and honest with us. The whole team have been friendly and I feel like they have taken the time to know us, our needs and make us feel comfortable. Just want to say thank you so much for everything you've done. We would definitely consider using you guys again if the need arises. 10/10 would recommend

Haart stepped in when another agent failed us. We asked for a quick sale so we didn't lose our onward purchase that we had fallen in love with. They arranged photos and details to be taken that day, got it listed and presented us with 4 viable offers within 36 hours, with the sale being finalised with the buyer they introduced within 48 hours of first contact. Communication was fantastic and the sales progressor, Jacqui, was dogged yet polite to ensure that the sale and our purchase happened as quickly as possible. We would highly recommend Haart Harold Wood.

I used Haart Harold Wood for a previous sale and they were brilliant from start to finish so I had no hesitation in using them again and once again they proved to be the right choice. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help you. I was kept informed thoughout, calls and emails were always returned in a timely manner. I am not overall impressed with the service I have received from Haarts in Harold Wood during the process of purchasing a house through them. I did not receive a recent response from the residential and branch Manager in my attempts to have my house removed from Rightmoves which I believed was a security issue due to my house remaining on there 2 months after moving in. I had to resort to contacting Rightmoves directly in eventually having this removed. Following my move I did send an email to the 2 persons that was dealing with my purchase for transparency in highlighting the stress it caused me in not being allowed to view a house I was buying prior to exchange. I only received the one response and no acknowledgement of my grievances hence I have resorted to writing this review. Although Haarts were met with resistance from the seller in arranging a viewing prior to exchange I do feel this could have been handled more differently. I feel Haarts should stipulate to sellers the importance of buyers viewing the property again prior to exchange as I had experienced from the estate agents that were selling my home. Unfortunately I was made to feel I was making an unreasonable request from Haarts which is wrong. They could have potentially lost a buyer through this approach. I did not want to let my buyers down as reasons for going ahead with the sale and hope no other buyer has to go through this ordealNegativeProfessionalism

The team at Haart were brilliant in actively promoting the sale of my Mum's house. Caroline, Mickey and Ryley all communicated well during all stages from the initial meeting, arranging viewings and sorting the offers until we went to the ' Subject to contract ' stage. The branch manager Andrew appears to be a very good team leader and gets the best out of his team, and is very hands on himself. The whole process of selling the house was conducted with professionalism , enthusiasm and caring. Once the sale went to the legal stage the point of contact was Jackie. We always found her very efficient and that she kept us in the loop of what was happening. Overall the sale was concluded in good time and with as little stress as we could have hoped for. Thank you to the whole team. We wouldn't hesitate to use Haart again .

Would highly recommend Haart in Harold Wood for anything relating to buying or selling a house. We used them to do both and the service was excellent. We met with a couple of local agents before choosing to go with Haart, but knew that they were the agents for us as soon as we chatted with them. The photos and videos they did of our house were excellent, almost good enough that I wanted to stay!! They were so helpful in chasing up things and also keeping us updated on things that need to be done. We couldn’t fault any of the agents we dealt with, even when things got a little stressful they were great. Even after our sale and purchase had completed they were still super helpful!
