GoogleCavenders provided an efficient and proactive service. When our house went on the market with them it sold quickly, in contrast to having been up for sale for months with limited interest with other agents.
In contrast to other estate agents, Cavenders were easy to contact, always returned calls and did what they said they would. Sometimes the information we received was not accurate, (this was heavily dependent on who you spoke too) and if wasn't for this we would have given them 5 stars.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleI just finished all my work with cavenders and this is my review of my experience.
The employee ( MATT CAVENDER ) is rude and arrogant and have no respect towards tenants at their vulnerability and are extremely unhelpful.
They as an estate agent have no accountability and seriousness towards tenants.
The amount of errors they have made in the whole process is ridiculous from spelling mistakes on email ID and on agreement papers and misinformation when it comes to guarantee work.
They are supposed to push landlords and tenants to finish all the required paperwork but cavender does none of these .
Once they are done with collecting money from us , they will not give a damn about what abouts .
They do not keep any one posted about the situation of what’s going on .
Also I have heard in general that cavender vanishes once payment is done .
During check in they are unprofessional. During heated conversations, the employee also hung up on face .
And it is also shows that they are confused within themselves. Lack of coordination.
As a whole they have hostile attitude .
This is just me saying my perspective.
They are 3 other housemates with me who are equally unhappy with them .
I completely would recommend you to not work with cavender .
I have attached a photo to show you that this is me at the morning of my check in and the house was delivered after 15 hours of tenancy begun .
