Thank you for your review. We have tried calling you on numerous occasions to discuss this with you but you have not returned our calls. I am naturally disappointed that your review is only 1 star. I have looked in to the comments you have made and I can see your from the check out report from your tenancy that you left the pre-pay electricity meter with a negative balance. The landlord had to top the account up for the new tenants and he has understandably contacted you to be reimbursed. I am unsure why this would warrant giving us a 1 start review so I would be grateful if you could contact me so we can discuss this further. Matt
