GoogleShocking service with estate agents. Their rental has a list of externally evaluated safety concerns including damp in a designated bedroom, safety windows that don’t open, unsafe stairs and dangerous roofing. Instead of dealing with these issues with the owner became patronising and tried to pin the blame on me. Avoid.
Edited to add - my complaint is clearly with Cavender themselves. They were rude and aggressive and totally unhelpful. I walked away from the property. But they could have and should have dealt with customers with respect.
I also note there’s no actual apology for your staffs behaviour. You’ve glossed over this as if this is perfectly acceptable at Cavenders. Tells you everything you need to know
