Cavender Estate Agent Guildford reviews

Would not recommend this estate agent any less constantly useless and lack of contact throughout my tenancy house was a state and no one attempted to come fix it at any point. I moved out early to allow new tenants to come in early still waiting on a months rent and the deposit to be returned five months on with little support from cavenders at all. if you are a student do not lease with them they’re thieves

I have found Cavender's to be a really friendly and approachable estate agent. In particular Aaron Dennett goes out of his way to be helpful and even went immediately on a viewing with me as I was in the area. He has a ready smile and takes an interest in trying to find the right property for me.

Cavender was incredibly helpful while we were moving from the US to the UK. We ran into many moving hurdles yet they were able to navigate and help us find a phenomenal home. Marlena from the Guilford office was particularly helpful. She responds so quickly and has helped us several times after moving in. Highly recommend!

Cavender Estate Agents manage and maintain our block of flats in Guildford. Over the years that they have been providing this service, they have always been professional, attentive and friendly in their communications and interactions with me. My main contact at Cavender is Sarah Cavender and she has always proved to be responsive, resourceful, reliable and extremely competent. I would highly recommend their service as property management agents.

What fabulous agents. We were looking for a rental property and initially met Charlie. But then Daniella "took over" oue enquiry, helping us immensely and we love our new home. The service we received from everyone was professional but also very friendly. All calls/emails we made were answered very quickly. Also the agency helped us by explaining a few things that we were not too sure about. On the whole, Cavanders were top class and professional, but considerable levels of 'old fashioned' customer service.

Cavender Estate Agents are a 5 star company. From start ro finish, they deliver what they promise. Nothing is too much trouble and no matter how many times I'd call asking for an update, I always felt my queries were dealt with promptly and with utmost care and attention. Aaron, in particular would go above and beyond for us and worked tirelessly until the completion. The atmosphere in the office always feels relaxed, yet professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell or rent a property in the future
