I have been dealing with Aaron in trying to secure a property for my wife and I. We have given him our current situation and is one of the few agents that are willing to work with us at this stage. I've looked at 2 properties with the last one almost ticking all our boxes. He's been very helpful in arranging the bookings and following up after the visit. I look forward to securing a property with him.

I had an excellent experience finding a property to rent with Cavender. Tom gave me a call asap after I’d sent an email inquiring about properties, and just about an hour later he showed me a beautiful property that met all my needs, then helped me secure the property! Within only 4 hours I had chatted with Tom, viewed the perfect property, and got my offer on it accepted! Seriously an incredible experience, especially since the rental market can often be so difficult and take a lot of time and cause a lot stress. I will definitely be using Cavender again in the future.

We are a group of students who have previously rented. Compared to the other estate agents we have used, Cavenders are by far our favourite. They are all very helpful and quick with sorting everything we request. Adam has particularly been exceptional at helping us move in swiftly, he has been replying to emails out of hours and is always available to help us out. They are a lovely team and we recommend them to other students looking to rent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
