Ridiculously unorganised - had 5 different viewings today and only managed to view 2! We arrived at the first house on time, waited 5 minutes (normally the letting agent is always there first) but there was no one. I had to call the company and the person on the phone informed me the house had already been let and the agent was already at the second house!!! Left us ill-informed and had to walk in the rain. Finally met the agent and finally finished viewing the first house. She informed us she could not drive us to the 3rd house as she did not want to be liable for our health and wellbeing (which is absolutely understandable) so we called an Uber. We finally reached the 3rd house and turns out she didn't even have the key to the house and told us to go to the 4th! We walked in the rain AGAIN and she had already arrived by car with 2 other viewers, I thought it was not allowed for her to give lifts to others for liability reasons?????? Its actually mind-blowing and ridiculous that we paid for an Uber and walked in the rain because she lost(?) the key and straight up lied to us about giving lifts. We had to wait in the rain again while she finished with the other people and in the end she did not even give us a through, informative viewing. If you are going to be racist (maybe because we are Asians and the virus is spreading), at least try and be secretive about your discrimination? I missed work for this let down of a day - I am in third year and no letting company has disappointed us to this extent. The letting person was called Iva(?) I think if I remember correctly - please train your people correctly. Unorganised mess, a terrible service.
