*UPDATE* So, 6 years later we are still with Cavender as its been the best experience. I have also just helped my father rent with them and the lovely Aaron Dennet was absolutely fantastic. He was welcoming, friendly, helpful and always eager to answer questions and make sure we were okay. I can honestly not fault him and the team as a whole and have been wonderful to work with these past 6 years. If you want flawless service, look no further. Just rented a property through Cavender and although we are yet to move in, so far the process has been fantastic. When we phoned up to book a viewing for a property, our agent Daniella was fantastic with offering other properties that were available at that time that would meet our requirements. The flat we have moved into was actually a recommendation by Daniella so without her suggestion we wouldn't have found such a perfect property! I am looking forward to working with Cavender over the next year in our new home. Thank you!

Viewed a property and put down a deposit the same day for a student accommodation. It was only possible because of Jamil. He was upfront about all the information and didn’t try and pretend to be fake or “upsell” any parts of the house. He showed us the property as it was and let us make our own decision. Helped massively with the documentation and had incredibly swift replies, even shifted a couple previous viewings for my own time convenience.

I had a very smooth transition in moving into my new property. Having dealt with two of the largest estate agents in the county I had become a bit disillusioned. I was dragged to every property under the sun, none of which was suitable. I then got a phone call from Isla at Cavender who had taken down my details and promised to let me know if anything came up. She was as good as her word and found me the perfect place first time out. It was in the area I wanted, within my budget and included everything that I had said was desirable. I was particularly impressed with Isla’s accessibility in the period from offer acceptance all the way through to my move in date. I highly recommend Isla and Cavender. It has been the best experience I have had with a Lettings agent to date!
