I am a landlord as well as a trustee on two separate bodies, both connected with residential letting, so well versed with dealing with letting agencies. Cavendars, and in particular Sarah Cavendar, continue to impress me with their professionalism and efficiency and human manner. So many agencies seem driven by profit over service, but Cavendars manages to make the client feel their individual requirements are paramount and offers bespoke and well advised service at very good value.

I was Brooke's first in person viewing.She was professional kind and gave me a lot of insight on the entire renting process.As a student who was looking for a 2 bed apartment, some agencies which I won't name don't take you very seriously.Cavender are lucky to have Brooke, who I believe is destined for nothing but success.Her persistence and professionalism separates her from quite frankly lazy and unprofessional real estate agents from other companies.Although we didnt move forward with the viewed property Brooke was excellent.Thank you

I have spoken to many letting agents across a range of agencies in several locations and Brooke Cresswell at Cavenders was one of very few who was very switched on, helpful and professional. I called today to register with Cavenders and described my search criteria for properties with Brooke. She immediately knew we'd be a good match on a certain property in Guildford and we arranged a viewing today. The property was exactly what we were after and have just finished putting pen to paper on the offer form to proceed! That has never happened before. Very impressive and superb customer service!

Aaron Dennett saw my property on line. Aaron promptly contacted me by post. I made a call and I spoke with him directly. Aaron made time to meet me within the hour at the property from that phone call. I immediately took to Aaron as his professional approach was outstanding. Excellent service from Bradley. Bradley made our 1st and 2nd viewing prompt with getting booked in and never rushed us whiles looking around. Any questions I had he was always at the end of the phone or email and would reply pretty much as soon as possible when in the office.He made sure that everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. Aaron has been looking after the sale of mums house since May and I've been her personal (unpaid!) PA!. He managed to get lots of potential buyers through the door from the minute it was on the market and secured an offer within 2 weeks! Although the sale still hasn't completed yet (issue with buyers solicitors!) Aaron has been absolutely brilliant in chasing! If I send Aaron an email, it's replied to promptly - there's no hanging around waiting for answers, he gets the job done quickly! Luis was extremely kind and helpful, he managed to get us a slot for a property that was extremely busy with viewing and during our tour he gave us all the information and the time we needed to talk about the house and the offer process. He kept us inform after that and always responded kindly to our phone call even after the house was under offer with someone else. Tom has been an absolute life saver and I don't say that lightly. I found myself in a difficult position and needing a place to rent, with some hard to meet requirements.
