It is not wrong to say that finding place to rent is a headache but when you have an advisor like Luis Estrada from Cavender Estate Agents, things are not so complicated then. Luis has been excellent since I first met him during the house viewing. He had us run through the whole renting process showed that he has been in this game for sometime. It is difficult to find a property to rent in place like Guildford, Luis was in constant contact to guide me so that the landlord accepts my offer and now because of him the contract has been signed and we are moving in soon.

Aaron showed us around two properties and did an excellent job of explaining the main features of both. He was very generous with his time and make us feel much more comfortable when choosing a property. Aaron was great at listening to our requirements, and suggested showing us a property we had not considered - this was ultimately the property we went for! He was also very helpful and professional during the whole moving in process. We’d also like to mention that Sarah was very helpful with queries we had when moving in too, including offering recommendations for places to visit, local cafes, restaurants etc. as we are new to the area.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Aaron Dennett and Matt Cavender (who has been very helpful during Aaron’s leave), who has been very helpful, friendly and professional from the moment I send an enquiry through Rightmove to our completion of the house! Aaron has been very responsible and efficient with our communication between the seller and related parties in the purchasing process. It wasn’t an easy buy as I am an overseas buyer, without being present at the UK it was quite difficult to learn about the house condition and make efficient communication as there is a time difference. Aaron had not only offered his kind assistance to help taking photos and video recordings for my reference and review, but also keep me posted with updates through whatsapp for easier communication. I was shown three properties by Sam from Cavender. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He has a good knowledge of all three of the properties and was quick to point out their advantages, but also honest about their potential disadvantages. He was also proactive in finding properties that could have been a match for what I was looking for, rather than just showing me around the property I had first seen on the website.
