GoogleManager of the branch named Dannis a very very rude person . I was chasing for an update only on my purchase and every time he spoke to my with a very rude tone. They also do not give actual information and kept lying. Time wasters! They wasted my time for good 4 months by not giving me actual information and kept on lying for weeks

GoogleNo point renting through them. I pay for full management for my property and I still end up managing everything myself. You ask for a call back from the branch manager but he never calls you back. Can’t wait for my contract with them to end. Very unhelpful.

GoogleI had my property listed with Mann in early March 2020. I believe once staff came back from furlough they wanted a quick sale for their fixed fee. They encouraged me to accept an offer way below my asking price (13k lower). I stood firm and relisted with another agent once the contract had ended, who were on a lower fee, and less than two weeks later accepted an offer well within what I believed was acceptable. Mann were not very proactive at all throughout the process and lacked good communication skills with their client. I wouldn't recommend them.NegativeValue
