GoogleI'm a little late in making this review as Dan sold our flat many months ago. He was fab, in fact he sold it twice as the first chain broke down. I had reservations about going with a smaller outfit than a larger estate agent but we got the same service and saved on fees. Thank you very much Dan.

GoogleI offered a house on 205 old hall lane 431k. I have audio recording saved. they said it sold for such high offer that they were surprised. I offered upto 475k with all deposit and papers. something was going on with this house as months later when I looked up it sold price it as exactly 431k! were they telling the truth?

TrustpilotThey have not paid back my deposit for…
They have not paid back my deposit for 3 months now. I moved out of the property rented in July. Have been calling them and sending emails with no response as to when the deposit will be paid back. During the tenancy did not get much support. Definitely do not recommend the agency.
