The Trusted Agenta highly professional office... and very successful
Good advice to make sure I maximised the sale price. They were spot on with the price I would be able to get. for my particular property. Viewing staff were all approachable and professional... and I know they were always there early to check and prep the house as I would bump into them on my way out. Good at checking out the robustness of the buying chain. Its a nice, friendly office, but what's important is they have a high street drop in office which is important for this area, and a hugely professional infrastructure to sell your house.

We found our experience with the Frost Partnership was thoroughly positive. The only estate agents where we felt we were being treated with honesty and respect throughout the process. We were kept updated at each stage , our phone calls were replied to and all our queries were dealt with. They accommodating us visiting the property a few times. Everyone working here really seems to enjoy their job which came across. The flowers and new address cards were a loveky touch.So we highly recommend them compared to the others we dealt with.

FacebookI am highly disappointed by the services of this agency. They havent paid back my deposit for the tenancy that ended 3 months ago and do not reply to emails. Definitely do not reccomend- very unprofessional.

Wendy Taylor who manages this side of the business is professional, on-the-ball and always has a solution to a problem. Wendy has a great team who ensure all paperwork, legalities and payments are always up-to-date. Frost have a great network of experienced, trained professional tradespeople who can attend to emergencies and turn any necessary work around very quickly and efficiently.

He always chased the solicitors on both sides of the sale when necessary (and this was necessary) and was continuously up to date with the current position with the sale. His communication with us was excellent. Frosts Gerrards Cross, led by Director Richard Kew, are a friendly and very efficient team - so important duriing what can be a stressful time. FacebookPoor customer service. Couldn't get the contract right. They used underhand tricks to try and get more money from me when all I wanted was an introductory only service. I didn't get what I wanted as landlord and I'm embarrassed for what the tenants might think.
