Had EE call asking to switch said easy plug in asked for engineer to install been with out TV or WiFi after 4 calls engineer came out said we not wired up by open reach so now got wait till Fri did not say nothing at door I've just come out hospital with stroke spent hrs trying connect think is disgusting would not recommend EE or BT my wife been charged 41 pound for leaving so no TV or WiFi for week we both work NHS wouldn't never use or listen to there story's stay with who your with to much trouble written to obman not good enough why not make sure u can use 4 different customer services said different stuff my view do not go with EE bt is useless

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with Frost Partnership in Gerrards Cross. I found a property I was interested in and initially made a lower offer, which was refused. After considering the situation, I increased my bid, and was told by their agent, Sonia Chin See, that the seller would accept a higher but reasonable amount. However, when I later submitted a slightly increased offer, Sonia told me it would most likely be refused and then denied ever stating that the seller would accept the previous figure. This was a blatant lie, as she had clearly informed me earlier that the seller was open to it.
Throughout the process, I found Sonia to be arrogant, unfriendly, and even aggressive, making communication unnecessarily difficult. To add to the frustration, by the end of the week, she claimed that the seller no longer wanted to sell the property, which seemed very suspicious. I believe there is a possibility that she was not accurately conveying my offers to the seller, which raises serious concerns about the professionalism and integrity of the service I received. Overall, it was an extremely unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend dealing with Frost Partnership if you're looking for transparency and honest communication.

GoogleEwe Move, and more specifically Dan Jones, were great to work with for the recent sale of our property. Dan kept us informed of everything going on at all stages of the process, guided us through each step and kept everyone on track to have the process completed as quickly as possible. He made it clear that he wasn't just interested in making the sale, but that we were comfortable with how everything was progressing and on multiple occasions chased the right people when things appeared to be getting delayed. All in all a terrific experience!

I can only assume they are out of business. No response after several emails to various aliases including their director of lettings directly. They registered my tenants deposit despite the fact I only wanted them to find the tenant - I complained about this at the time. Now, at the end of the tenancy, they are not responding to a request for information on how to return it. I was going to sell the property through them but if they aren't in business anymore then I'll need to look elsewhere.

GoogleTo any one wishing to let through this company I would really consider thinking twice as when we first moved in all seemed ok but then things started to full apart and that’s when it all became no boiler for at least two months
Electrics getting wet to to a roof leak which was left months and we lost belongs and mr Jones literally said to me well you don’t need that room , even no we pay for it.
Then the extractor fans never worked so then the water started coming through then and been months sorting that out been a fight after a fight. The fire brigade has to turn of lights etc and fuse box to stop and issue as the kitchen one did smoulder have proff and reports..
