GoogleHardest thing I find is that staff are only contactable by phone between 9:30am & 2:30pm. There is no emergency contact number on the website and not all FAQs answer questions. Sometimes you need to speak to someone. Other than that the staff are really helpful

GoogleWe are landlords and have used Sarah and Leapfrog for about 10 years now and we have never had any problems at all. We have always been kept up to date with any issues related to our property and we have always felt that our property is in safe hands. So, plenty of peace of mind. Sarah has also helped us sell the property and we would highly recommend her and her team.

Wonderful service from Danielle Sprenger We have been receiving service from Frost partnership for the last 7 years. However since Danielle joined the company our view has completely changed positively, we received very nice & friendly service from Danielle Sprenger She is always hard working, helpful, professional and practical . Before she joined the company, we were mislead by the property management team, who were slow and never taken care of the issues ( even Black mailing that could use anytime the management keys when trying the book time for repair visits etc) but since Danielle has joined the company she has always approved the issues with care and respect the family. We are really grateful for her efforts and positivity throughout what has been a stressful time for us particularly when we decided to vacate the property. I'm also very pleased with the fast and polite communication with Danielle. The Frost partnership should keep her and needs to recognise for her for the hard work who made such a positive impact for the customers. Wonderful service all round from Danielle.

GoogleI cannot recommend Frost Partnership in Gerrard's Cross highly enough. I have been dealing with both Lizzie and Jackie who have been extremely professional, responsive, patient, informative and helpful. It makes such a difference to deal with estate agents who are not pushy, rude and dismissive. From viewings all the way through to purchase, Frost have assisted me with every query and need, making the purchase of my property run as smoothly as possible. If you want to sell, rent or buy a property, Frost in Gerrard's Cross are the estates agents for you. I will definitely use them again in the future for further property transactions.

GoogleDO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY I have had nothing but trouble with JP brimelow ever since the day I moved in. Conditions were not fulfilled, The house was not in a rentable condition when I moved in, some of the staff are unhelpful and patronising on the phone, and issues often took months to resolve. Also beware of the extortionate cleaning fees that come the end of the year.
