GoogleThis is by far the best lettings agency I have ever had dealings with: smooth, swift and highly professional service. They have subcontracted some of the activities to companies who also do not compromise with the quality of their service. Moving a home is stressful experience, and in my case there was an added stress due to issues with my previous landlord, the lettings team at Frost Gerrards Cross dealt with everything very smoothly. I cannot recommend them enough and if need arises in the future, I would continue to use their services whenever possible.

GoogleAs the other reviews say, Yankie and NW Property Signs are a cut above the rest: excellent pre-sales communication, rapid delivery of the estate agent board I ordered, good quality finish, and at a fantastic price. It is very rare to find someone like this in 2025. Keep up the good work!

As landlord and seller, I have been greatly helped by the teams at Frost in Surrey! Katie and Charlotte and their team members have been phenomenal at making the letting and sales process as smooth as possible for me. They have been patient and friendly which makes the partnership with them a really enjoyable experience. For that, I would recommend them highly!

GoogleI had an incredibly disappointing experience with this estate agent. Their communication was abysmal, as they failed to respond to my emails and provided false information about viewings. What's worse, they accepted an offer on my property without consulting me, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for my wishes. I would strongly advise against using their services, as their actions were untrustworthy and disrespectful which leads to questionable integrity !

My husband and I were looking for a property for over a year and throughout this time Anthony, the agent at Frost who we dealt with, was extremely professional, reliable and gave us what felt like a personalised service. If I were to purchase or sell a property in the future I would happily choose Frost again.

FacebookI would never use frost ever again They ignore there tenants and just want money very unprofessional and just lie and donβt care at all about anything but making money Iβve had major damp in a property of theres for over a year and is getting worse and all laura Woodward does is ignore even environmental health are being ignored by frost John frost you must be so proud of your incapable staff
