Some people are never happy. But I am. I really like these guys. Really friendly and helpful, which I put down to being a family firm. My dad use to say, "family firms can always be trusted more than PLCs." I was only 6 at the time but it stuck. Estate agents may not be the most trusted profession, along with second-hand car dealers and tabloid journalists, but I was pleasantly surprised. I can list a lot I would never go near again. Friendly. Fast. Efficient. And...a word rarely associated with estate agents... honest.

Mr Tyler Gorman helped us a lot to find an affordable and great place to rent in our desirable area in a very short time which we really appreciate, he arranged various property viewings in accordance to our preferences which was quite helpful and gave us a chnace to compare different flats to choose the best one. The tenancy agreement was fair and some changes has been made as we requested . Overall the services that we have received were absolutely brilliant. Definitely recommend martyn and gerrard to everyone

Sophie from the Finchley Central office was brilliant. She was super helpful and reliable. She stood apart from other agents we had dealt with previously in that she was consistently on time, responsive, and proactive about keeping the process on track. Plus, she was always smiling and happy to help - even when I'm sure we were driving her mad with our questions! Sophie's warmth and encouragement throughout, made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. We will definitely give her a shout if we need an agent again.

She provided an excellent tailored service, really trying to suit the properties she showcased to our particular requirements and giving us the heads up on the pipeline of properties before they were formally listed. Once our offer had been accepted she was diligent in keeping us up to speed on a four-person chain and helping us move to successful exchange and completion. I would be happy to work with her again.

Just to say that I received excellent service from Amir throughout the sale of the property. This has been a property which whilst desirable, was on the market for quite a time.. Amir found the buyer, and assisted every step of the way, being proactive at every turn until completion today. As a former salesman, I felt that Amir handled the matter in the way that I would have dealt with it, being polite, patient & courteous throughout. I can only really say good things about Amir & Martyn Gerard.

The managing property agent asked to put a review on google and I did. At the beginning they were fast and professional yet and the end we still not having our deposit back now it is 3month now. We put the offer half of what landlady asked. As according TDS services with regards replacing carpet which we do not need to pay full cost of it. Unprofessional at the end of the tenancy.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
