GoogleComing from France and looking for a flat in Finchley on a very short term, Tyler managed to make us visit properties immediately, in our budget, and matching our search criteria. He was very prompt, efficient and professional, and even if we did not end up making an offer, we would highly recommend Tyler (and maybe contact him again someday).

TrustpilotHighly recommend if you’re selling!
Excellent experience selling my property - highly recommend. Stewart and the team were professional, honest and great to work with. Made the selling process easier, kept me informed and were realistic about the valuation and timescales along the way . I moved to MG from a different agent and was so pleased I did!

TrustpilotHighly recommend this estate agent
Right from the first meeting with Dinesh from Martyn Gerard, he has been professional, empathetic and pro active. The advice he has given us has been spot on.Everyone that we have dealt with in the Winchmore Hill office has been efficient and helpful. There are many estate agents to choose from in the Winchmore Hill area, but I am so glad we chose Martyn Gerard. In the time since we decided to sell the house the whole family has developed a close relationship with the Dinesh. We trust him implicitly and he is guiding us through this process in a sensitive and thoughtful way. We would highly recommend Martyn Gerard in Winchmore Hill to anyone who is looking for an agency.

TrustpilotMartyn Gerrard have been absolutely…
Martyn Gerrard have been absolutely awful as the managing agents of my flat. I currently have no heat and they were informed a few weeks ago that many of the radiators were working after not working last winter. The heat is not working at all now and there is no emergency number to call. Over the two years I have lived here and large number of repairs this property needs, they have barely responded. The heat has never worked properly, the windows have huge gaps, we had an infestation of mice last winter, all winter, we have had leaks, broken toilets, and more. We have barely had responses. When we do, it takes week, sometimes month and sometimes there is no answer at all. They also seem to try find the cheapest companies they can to repair things and those repairs don’t hold up.

TrustpilotFriendly and Professional letting agency
Overall Martyn Gerrard during the process provided a very friendly and professional service throughout. The agent called Fatmir was the main agent I have dealt with. He was very helpful and helped the process to be as smooth as possible. Any questions I had were dealt with efficiently.

TrustpilotUmit does the company proud
Selling a home is not a fun experience but Umit at Martyn Gerrard did a really great job. They’re not the cheapest agents but they were highly recommended to me and true to that commendation I found Umit to be fully committed to the sale, even though it was a small property that might not net them so much commission. Thoroughly recommend!
