TrustpilotTenant left after one month and drop…
Tenant left after one month and dropped the keys in the office and said sue me for the rent. The deposit insurance policy which Martyn Gerrard confirmed as being inadequate, did not pay out anything and I am left with Martyn Gerrard demanding two years worth of commission for rental that lasted just four weeks. £5000aporx This is fact therefore not libel.

The Trusted AgentMost importantly when buyers fell through new ones found immediately
Marlon provided excellent support through the trials and tribulations of trying to sell my flat. At the third time of asking the buyer eventually came good. When I needed Marlon to follow up queries and deal with issues, he did so in a quick time to market and helped get this over the time. Good engagement and client service throughout.

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. Our negotiator Daniel was fantastic and facilitated the purchasing process of our property seemlessly. He was always on hand to answer any questions and was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend a visit and if you're looking for a property without the pushy sales talk, ask for Daniel.
