This began a journey which, as is often the way with property purchasing, was lengthy and unfamiliar to me, having not moved for twenty five years. Martyn Gerrard’s letting process is a very well thought through and an efficient one. As a result to the renters rights bill, the process of letting and renting has become even more uncertain and leaves room for misinterpretations. The Martyn Gerrard process is fair and upfront for tenants and landlords. It eliminates large areas of potential confusion and possible conflict and serves both tenants and landlords very well.

I just want to say a huge "thank you" to Jatin and the entire Finchley Central team for the expert guidance, positivity and professionalism they showed that helped make this experience as painless as possible. It was a baptism of fire for us (first time selling in 25 years!) especially with market conditions turning south not long after we put our house on the market, but the team's resilience and support got us over the line (we exchanged yesterday, yayyy!).

I am a landlord. Unfortunately, this company are involved inthe management of the flats that I let. I have had many problems with their accounts of my service charge and Martyn Gerrard have made many errors. Mr Wai Lee has been particularly rude and threatening in his emails he has sent me. This year they have made yet another mistake in my service charge account for 2025and immediately threatened me with court action when the error was their fault entirely.

The whole team had been not only very respectful but also professional and very ethical. Specially Jatin and Scott I had the most interaction with. Jatin took his time to understand our goal and position so they can market our property better, in a pragmatic way but still being sensitive to our objective and expectations.
