GoogleI have spoken to Sebastian after having to evict the nightmare tenants and unhelpful estate agent whom I suffered with...He was very helpful from the beginning and guided me through the whole process also helped me to get the property back in to the right standard.He responded to my phone call while he was on holiday as well and introduced me to Rob who is his team member. I have to say Rob is also an amazing member of the team who is very well mannered and helpful. Both have updated me through the process on daily basis so I never had a chance to chase them 😉. I have to say that I'm really happy with the whole experience with them and service I got so far was great. They are good team with great work. I recommend them for real .

TrustpilotLandlords be aware I had never used…
Landlords be aware I had never used them before April this year and in 30 years of property rental business I have never come across such an unscrupulous and unprincipled team of amateurs. The tenant introduced was a complete con man who paid no rent from month 3 and Frosts still send landlord statements with rent collection fees when they have failed to collect any rent for six months! I should have kept my property empty rather than rent it out through them.

Facebook'We have had nothing but great service from the Frost Partnership over the last year we have been looking for a property. Anthony Prokopiou has been amazing all the way through, going above and beyond and even though we were not able to finalise a property with Frost, Anthony has continued to follow up with us.
The whole team are great at follow up, making appointments and scheduling on time. They know their properties inside out so are able to answer questions there and then.
We couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely use Frost when we come to sell our property and purchase a new one.
