They will send people in to your accommodation with no regard for “The tenants right to peaceful enjoyment of property” or whatever the ONLY thing they really have to oblige the tenant. Twice I returned home to discover the premises had been entered unlawfully by agents of theirs. ALL their employees are of the “go f yourself” disposition. Rude, impolite, arrogant and incompetent.

GoogleHorrible, horrible. We rented through Frost a while ago, they basically stole our money from deposit!! Do not recommend! Do not use them!
We take all feedback seriously and having investigated the matter I am firstly very disappointed that it has taken you 4.5 years to post this review as you moved out of the property you rented through us in June 2018. My investigation showed that the deductions made from your security deposit were justified as following the checkout by an independent company, cleaning was required to bring it back to the condition it was when the tenancy commenced and there was a further minor deduction made for damage to a wardrobe door. I do not want to go into personal details but you were returned 87% of your deposit with 13% being held back for cleaning and damage. I am not sure what has prompted you to post this review so long after you moved out but we would be more than happy to discuss this with you personally. Be careful with these people. When moving into rented accommodation they did not address any issues that we felt needed to be fixed, simply ignoring our emails. When we moved out, they tried to take money from our deposit to fix issues with the house that already existed before moving in. A deposit should not be there to fix existing maintenance issues.

Avoid at all costs. I have rented a flat from them for 2 years, it has been 2 months since I have done the check-out and they still haven't refunded my deposit. Plus, they have tried to find the tiniest details to hold money from my deposit... their excuse to charge me £90 cleaning fee is a discoloured sealant in the bathroom.
