Excellent Service

From the time we first called Frosts to arrange a valuation of the property the service was excellent. We dealt with Jamie the branch manager who was very professional at all times. He gave us advice on what we should do and how much the property should be marketed for. When we called the office other members of staff were really helpful and friendly. We were always able to speak with Jamie on any query we had and he kept us updated. Jamie advised all the way on prices for the property etc. With the result the property was sold within weeks. We would have no hesitation in recommending Frosts and in particular Jamie to deal with a house sale.

Impecable service offered by Jamie at The Forst Partnership

We have only good words about Jamie and we can't thank him enough for the tremendous help in selling our house. From the very first call he was very professional, never promised more than what we can deliver and was always quick to get back to you on anything. On top of that, he was pro-active in the sale of our house and he got us viewings and offers within the first days. On top of this, he is always there for suggestions and advices for the overall process but also to suggest suppliers. I'm happy to say that I've used all the suggestions that he made (solicitors, waste removal) and I've been very happy with the service they offered. Excellent service & friendly

My husband and I bought our property through Frosts (Feltham office) a few years ago. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and very efficient from day one through to the day we actually got the keys to our new home. We were so happy with our experience with Frost that we wanted to use their property letting services too. Again, we received an excellent service and all the staff were great, but I’d like to convey my thanks in particular to Sebastian who is always there just a phone call away and always ready and willing to help us with any of our letting queries and questions. Also, when we were looking for a mortgage broker, we decided to use the one recommended to us by Frost and I would like to say we received the same excellent service from him too. A Superb Lettings Agent.

I've been letting a property with The Frost Partnership in Feltham for over five years now and strongly recommend them to other Landlords, as I continue to be very impressed with their level of professionalism and service received. Within the first few minutes of meeting Sebastian, (Lettings Manager), it was clear I was talking with a highly knowledgeable and competent person; I knew that I need look no further, he had give me all the information I needed. A suitable tenant was then quickly found and all necessary referencing and documentation completed promptly. Sine letting commenced, all members of staff have been polite and helpful and I've always been given sound advice; any issues raised by Tenants have been resolved to our mutual satisfaction. The continued success of this letting is important to me and I have peace of mind knowing that my property is in safe hands with these people.

Horrendous Repair service

I currently rent through Frost in Feltham, and have been a tenant for over a year now. The service we have received has been absolutely appauling. A cooker and extractor fan has been broken now for over 2 months with no repair. I have had numerous leaks over the past year from the toilet, the bath taps, the kitchen taps, a leak under the kitchen sink and we had a leak from the bathroom that came into the living room. All of these items took months to repair and added £100+ to my water bill with no compensation. I reported one repair to the electric meter cupboard door, last February it blew off in Storm Doris, it took until the December for the repair to be carried out. I have had only 2 repairs done in the 28 day agreement and I am at my wits end. The only way to get any repairs done is to ring daily and badger them. I had an property inspection carried out in January, I let a gentleman in my home for 30 minutes he took photos and noted down a number of issues in the property. Only for this report to vanish and to go down as a no access. If I could give them a 0 star I would, I advise people constantly not to rent through Frost. They make constant promises they will improve, then the next time I log a repair I go through the same horrific process. It was bad enough when I moved into the property, it was full of personal belongings, food in the kitchen cupboards, ornaments, bedding and towels in the airing cupboard, draws full of photos and certificates. I spent the first week clearing and cleaning the property. This is not what I signed up for.

Recently let Flat in Feltham, through The Frost Partnership - and service cant get better! It was let in one day and then everything was handled by them, including minor repairs, stopcock change, decorations and final clean ready for occupation.. Full marks to Sebastien Rodriguez and Max Etheridge, who advised on the letting, and stayed involved throughout, together with Lisa-Marie Beckley and Julia Horwood, who handled the legal documentation, tenant queries and other issues, A marvellous team-effort!
